The first weekend of Coachella might be over, but Madonna is keeping the party alive. The 63-year-old pop icon shared a few photos from her night at DJ Honey Dijon‘s event on Instagram, stepping out in a sheer corset top, black patterned shorts, and fishnet tights. And her legs are looking, well, incredible.

She captioned her post, “Coachella on a Tuesday …………🎉🎉🍾🍾💃🕺🏽🔥🔥🔥 with @honeydijon.”

Madonna’s fans were quick to share their thoughts, with one user commenting, “Most incredible artist in the multiverse.” Another added, “STUNNING M ❤️.” Even Honey Dijon chimed in saying, “It was delicious having you carry on girl!!!! Much Love! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

Wondering what she does to maintain those strong legs? For starters, she has been known to hit the gym six days a week with her trainer Craig Smith for quick 30-minute workouts. “She does a combination of circuit training, interval training, and resistance training. Dance is obviously a huge part of that,” Smith told the Daily Mail Australia in 2016.

He also revealed to People that the two incorporate a mix of asana yoga, dance, and Bar Method to tone up her whole body, especially targeting her arms. Smith usually has Madonna doing bodyweight exercises (and they never go over 5 lb. weights).

The yoga is particularly helpful for Madonna, who had hip surgery after an injury she received while on tour. “Yoga isn’t going to be taxing on the body,” said Smith. “It’s focused on a completely different dynamic, like breathing and rebuilding wear and tear from more rigorous, high-intensity workouts.”

The mix of gym time and yoga might sound tiring, but Smith knows that rest is key to keeping Madonna energized. “The main thing we focus on is keeping her energy levels up,” he told People. “The recovery time is just as important as the workout time.”

As for her favorite meals, Madonna has always gone by the macrobiotic diet, according to Women’s Health Australia. This means she opts for eating mostly vegetarian and sometimes vegan-based meals that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

    Keep killing it, M!
