“⭐️50⭐️,” the Iron Man actress captioned the revealing shot. Obviously, fans had a lot to say in response to Gwyneth’s iconic bday announcement.

Gwyneth took a moment to reflect on certain lifestyle decisions that are still serving her well today. One of those practices that she’s been implementing for a while now is yoga, per Vogue.
According to her Instagram, this celeb started doing yoga when she was 25 years old, and it “totally transformed” her body and mind.
Gwyneth has previously given fans a glimpse into another workout routine that she’s stood by for 15 years. She gave Tracy Anderson a shoutout in one of her IG stories from August 2021.
The story shows Gwyneth targeting her abs and arms with a combination of upper-body, core, and glute exercises. “Please ignore my RBF [resting bitch face] while working out but please do check out the marvellous @tracyandersonmethod,” the video’s text reads. Gwyneth then added, “this lady has been keeping me healthy for fifteen years!!! But it’s still really hard. #TAMILY for life,” per Women’s Health UK.
When it comes to her diet, Gwyneth is also grateful to her younger self for researching and experimenting with less processed food. “Doing detoxes and stuff like that really set me on a path of getting to a place of turning 50, and crossing that threshold feeling great,” she told Vogue.
The 50-year-old celeb shared that she is so happy with her life and totally embraces her wrinkles. “I’ve earned my life. I’ve earned my wrinkles.”
