Nagarjuna believes in daily, slow activities and not a rigorous workout regime that can harm the body in the longer run. “Being over 60 I have to take it slow otherwise the body will harm itself,” he said. Being a regular in fitness and workouts for over two decades, the actor says he exercises for an hour every morning six days a week and takes complete rest on Sunday.
His fitness routine includes yoga, treadmill, running, cycling, lifting weights, and stretching. Apart from the regular workout Nagarjuna also believes in a perfect balance between the body and mind. He sleeps adequately for 8-9 hours and stays hydrated.
